This Privacy Policy describes how Ranthia (“Ranthia,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ranthia app, website, and related services (the “Service”). The short version: we collect what we need to make the Service work for you, we treat your photos as private, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. The baseline photo and any event-specific photos you submit for analysis or generation.
- Generated images. The Revamp Reveal and Day-Of Quick Win outputs we produce from your photos.
- Account details. Email address, sign-in identifiers, and any preferences you set.
- Onboarding answers. The quiz responses you give us so the Service can personalize results.
- Usage and device data. App version, device model, OS version, crash diagnostics, and aggregate usage metrics.
- Subscription state. Managed via RevenueCat; we receive entitlement and renewal status.
How we use it
- To run the analysis and generation pipeline for you.
- To remember your preferences and resume sessions.
- To process subscriptions and handle billing edge cases.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
- To improve the Service in aggregate. We do not use your individual photos to train external models.
How long we keep it
Photos and generated images are retained for the active life of your account so you can revisit your saved Blueprints. You can delete individual photos and generated images from inside the app at any time. When you delete your account, your photos and generated images are removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service: hosting and storage (Supabase), subscription infrastructure (RevenueCat), analytics, and AI model providers for image analysis and generation. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to use the data only for the purposes we direct. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise most of these directly in the app; for anything else, write to us at hello@ranthia.com.
Children
Ranthia is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
