You can delete your Ranthia account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly from inside the app. This page explains how to do it, what gets removed, and what we must keep.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Ranthia on your phone.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. We’ll remove your data within 30 days.
What gets removed
- Your account record and email.
- Every photo you uploaded.
- Every Revamp Reveal and Day-Of Quick Win we generated.
- Your onboarding answers and Daily Journal entries.
- Saved Blueprints and any inventory items.
What we must keep
We retain a minimal set of records when required by law, including transaction records for tax and fraud-prevention purposes, and any records subject to a legal hold. These retained records do not include your photos or generated images.
Subscription cancellation
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting your account if you also want to stop billing.
